Warranty: 


Unless otherwise stated, we provide a 1 year warranty. Our warranty includes shipping and return shipping costs from the date of receipt to review for any defect or deficiency. We personally test and guarantee every item we sell. If your item arrives and does not work we will replace it or refund your money, including shipping costs. Our warranty is 60 days for hardware sold to other resellers. 


This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, service not authorized by NetworkingGear, LLC, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by NetworkingGear LLC. 


Hardware Condition: 

All items sold by NetworkingGear, LLC are fully functional. Items are classified in the following conditions: 

· New in Box (Open Box / Sealed Box) 
· Like New 
· Good (Minor Use Scratches) 
· Fair (Average Use Scratches) 
· Poor (Severely Scratched or dinged / dented) 


Sales Tax: 


Since we are a corporation based out of MO, we are required by state law to charge 7.975% sales tax when shipping to MO addresses only. 


Product Support: 


When you receive your order, please inspect all packages for items such as remotes, manuals and cables, or any applicable accessories for the product(s) ordered. Please be sure to save the box, the shipping carton, and its packing material in the unlikely event that you will need it for a return shipment. If you require any additional assistance with setup, find that a part may be missing, or if the unit is not operating as you expected, please contact us and provide a brief explanation of the issue.

U.S. Shipping: 


Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories please contact us for a shipping quote. You are welcome to use your own FedEx account, after payment is received. If you need another shipping option, contact us to determine additional costs. 


NetworkingGear, LLC must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of product if the package is damaged during shipping. The carrier will be contacted and a claim initiated. The claim can take up to 15 days to complete. Carriers require that all original packaging material be kept and available for inspection by their representative. 


International Shipping: 


We will gladly ship to any country in the world as long as no federal trade laws are violated. Contact us for a shipping quote, or you are welcome to use your own FedEx account after payment is received. You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, import taxes, or any fees that your country charges to receive items from the U.S. 

International orders may be subject to local customs and duties, for which Buyer is solely responsible. To prepare item and documents for international shipping, allow two business days before item will be shipped.
